Adam Sabella

Adam Sabella founded Stony Clove Capital in January 2020. He is responsible for the firm’s investment activity and raising investor capital. Mr. Sabella has a long track record of identifying, acquiring, structuring, financing and executing profitable real estate equity and debt investments across a wide range of product types and geographies.

Prior to forming Stony Clove, Mr. Sabella was a Managing Director at Enterprise Asset Management, Inc. from 2010 to 2020 where he actively acquired and managed multifamily investments for this family office. In 2015, realizing the market for new equity real estate investments was overpriced; he created a bridge lending business on the belief that attractive risk-adjusted returns could be generated from a more secure position in the capital stack. Prior to Enterprise, Mr. Sabella held senior acquisition and asset management roles at AIG Global Real Estate and Sterling Equities, Inc. He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant within the Real Estate practice at Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Sabella graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
